0:00 Welcome to Colaberry AI podcast brought to you by Colaberry AI Research Labs and Carl Foundation. Glad to be here. Today, we're diving into something that sounds pretty techy at first. Yeah. It does. 0:11 The Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator. Okay. But stick with us because it's all about making things easier for businesses to really connect with their customers in a smart way. In a much smarter way. So we've been pouring over some info, from the Adobe Experience Platform product page and also a really interesting YouTube video just trying to wrap our heads around what this is all about. 0:34 Sure. And it seems like the core idea is using these AI agents to, like, take some of the load off the shoulders of actual human teams. Yeah. So they can really focus on being creative and making real connections with customers Right. And having time to just come up with new ideas. 0:52 It makes a lot of sense. So our mission today is to get under the hood of this agent orchestrator Okay. And really see how it ticks Right. And what it can actually do for businesses Right. That wanna personalize how they interact with their customers without their teams getting, like, totally overwhelmed. 1:08 I think the key here is really amplifying what humans can do. Right? So it's not just about, like, throwing AI at the problem and stepping away. It's how do we use these really powerful tools to extend the capabilities that people already have Yeah. And free them up. 1:26 To focus on things that that humans do best. Precisely. Now Adobe keeps using this term, experience platform agents. Right. What are those? 1:36 So you can think of them as purpose built AI assistants Okay. That live inside Adobe's experience platform. Yeah. And each one is focused on a very specific thing. Okay. 1:46 And the idea is it helps businesses, you know, improve their customer experiences. So if I'm running a business, what should I picture in my head when I hear experience platform agent? I mean, these agents can work alone. Okay. Or they can work together with other AI tools. 2:02 So you're not saying throw out what we already have? No. Not at all. This is something that can work in concert with other tools. Absolutely. 2:08 In fact, you know, a lot of companies already have AI tools deployed. Right. And the idea is that these Adobe agents Yeah. Can work alongside them Okay. To really boost their effectiveness. 2:20 So what are these agents actually doing? Well, I think a good way to think about it Yeah. Is that they're helping different teams within the business be more effective. Okay. So let's say you're on the marketing team. 2:32 Right. An agent can help you run better campaigns. Okay. Data analysts, they're looking for insights from their customer data. Right? 2:42 Uh-huh. So these agents can actually help you find those insights faster. So instead of a marketing person spending, you know, hours tweaking copy on their website Yeah. An agent could potentially handle some of that. Potentially. 2:54 Yeah. I mean, you know, these agents are designed to automate a lot of the tasks that that take up a lot of time. Yeah. And so it frees up the marketing people Exactly. To focus on the strategic, high level thinking. 3:06 The more creative side of it. Precisely. Okay. Can you give me some, like, real world examples of these Adobe agents and what they can actually do? Sure. 3:13 So one example is the site optimization agent. Okay. Now think about your website team. They're always trying to make the site faster. Of course. 3:22 Yeah. More engaging. Uh-huh. Get more traffic to the site. Yeah. 3:26 And, of course, they need to keep it secure. Security is huge these days. Yeah. Absolutely. So the site optimization agent can look at all of these things. 3:35 Okay. And actually provide suggestions. So it's giving you insights without having to manually, like, analyze tons of data. Exactly. And doing it at scale. 3:45 Right. Yeah. Yeah. What about another example of an agent, kind of inaction? Alright. 3:50 So how about the content production agent? Okay. A lot of companies struggle with brand consistency. Yeah. Making sure everything kind of feels the same across the board. 3:58 Yeah. You know, the tone of voice, the style. Yeah. It's gotta be consistent across all the different content they put out. Right. 4:05 And the content production agent is there to make sure that happens. So it's like having an always on, brand manager for all your content. Exactly. Okay. So that sounds like a huge, potential way to avoid a lot of headaches. 4:19 Absolutely. What about when it comes to reaching the right customers? Yeah. That's where the audience agent can really help. Okay. 4:28 You know, if you're running targeted marketing campaigns Mhmm. You need to be able to group your customers into different audiences. Right. Right? You don't just wanna blast everybody with the same message. 4:37 Oh, yeah. So the audience agent helps you create those groups Okay. And make sure that the right messages get to the right people. So less spray and pray Yeah. And more like a laser focus. 4:48 Exactly. Okay. Well, what about all the data that businesses collect these days? Oh, it's overwhelming, isn't it? It's a fire hose. 4:54 Yeah. And that's where the data insights agent can really come in handy. Okay. Because a lot of times, data analysts, they spend a lot of time just pulling reports and crunching numbers. Right? 5:03 Yeah. And just figuring out where to even begin, I would imagine. Absolutely. And so this agent Yeah. Can automate a lot of that Okay. 5:11 And really help surface the key insights. So moving from just having the data Right. To understanding the data. And being able to actually use it. Yeah. 5:19 To use it strategically. Precisely. Okay. So what about actually talking to customers directly? Well, Adobe has agents for that too. 5:28 Okay. One example is the Adobe brand concierge, which is powered by something called the product advisor agent. Wow. That's a mouthful. Yeah. 5:36 It is a bit. But I think it gets to the point that this is this is really about enabling a real, kind of back and forth real time Right. With customers. Personalized conversations. Yeah. 5:48 Personalized conversations. You know, based on the customer's profile data Uh-huh. It can provide very helpful information. So really delivering on that kind of personalized experience, I think that customers are really looking for these days. Absolutely. 6:04 For businesses that, that sell to other businesses, b two b Right. There's the account qualification agent. Yeah. And when you're dealing with, you know, all these different people within a company, you've really gotta understand Absolutely. With their specific needs and roles. 6:21 With their specific needs and roles. Yeah. Their pain points. Yeah. What they're struggling with. 6:24 Exactly. You know, what their goals are. Yeah. And this this agent can help kinda tailor those initial conversations. Right? 6:30 So you're making sure you're connecting with the right people Right. Yeah. At the right time Exactly. With the right message. So it just sounds like a a much more efficient way Right. 6:40 To handle, you know, those initial interactions. It streamlines the whole process. Okay. The product page also mentioned some other agents that, are kinda coming down the pipeline. Yeah. 6:51 They've got some really interesting ones in development. Can you give us a sneak peek at some of those? Sure. So one is the data engineering agent, which is really focused on making data related tasks faster. There's also an experimentation agent, which is designed to help you test different approaches Okay. 7:08 And see what works best. I like that. Then there's the journey agent, which can help marketing teams manage the entire customer journey. So sort of thinking about, like, that end to end experience. Exactly. 7:20 And then they're working on a workflow optimization agent, which can help teams work together more smoothly Okay. And prioritize their tasks. So it sounds like they're building out a pretty comprehensive set of AI helpers. Absolutely. They're really trying to cover a lot of bases. 7:36 Now let's talk about the agent orchestrator itself. Okay. We've talked about these individual agents. Right. But what is it that brings them all together? 7:45 So the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, you can think of it as the central intelligence Okay. That really makes all these individual agents work together Right. Effectively. So it's not just a collection of separate tools. There's something overseeing the whole operation. 8:00 So it's like the brains of the operation, so to speak. You you could say that. Right. It allows them to understand the context of what's happening, what the customer's doing, what their past interactions have been. Okay. 8:11 And then, you know, it pulls in all the relevant information. Uh-huh. Decides which agents need to get involved. Okay. And then it automates the actions those agents need to take. 8:20 So it's like a smart conductor, like, making sure all the instruments in the orchestra Precisely. Are playing at the right time. Exactly. Now, the product page also mentioned something called the, Adobe Experience Platform Agent Composer. Right. 8:35 What's that all about? So the Agent Composer lets businesses tailor these AI agents to their specific needs. Okay. So Adobe gives you all these prebuilt agents. Yeah. 8:48 But every business is different. Right? Right. So the composer allows you to customize those agents. So it's not one size fits all. 8:55 No. Not at all. You can really adapt it. Absolutely. To your own specific needs. 8:59 Yeah. And you can even build your own agents from scratch. Wow. So if you need something really specific Right. That's not covered by one of those prebuilt agents. 9:07 You can just make your own. Precisely. And you can connect different agents together. Oh, interesting. So you could even, like, connect agents from other companies. 9:16 So, potentially, you could link your existing, like, customer relationship management system, your CRM Absolutely. With these Adobe agents. Yeah. And that's what they call building agenda solutions. Right? 9:28 So bringing the power of Adobe's AI, but also connecting it with the other tools you're using. That sounds incredibly flexible. They also mentioned the Adobe marketing agent for Microsoft three sixty five Copilot, which lets you access Right. Adobe's marketing tools directly from Microsoft three sixty five. So you don't have to be jumping back and forth between different platforms. 9:50 It's all right there in the tools you use every day. That just sounds like a really practical way Right. To integrate things. It is. There are a lot of AI powered tools out there these days. 10:01 So many. Why might a business look to Adobe specifically Wow. For this kind of agent orchestration? One of the key advantages is that Adobe has access to all this real time customer data Okay. Within their experience platform. 10:18 Right. And that's crucial. Yeah. Because these agents Yeah. They need to understand who the customer is, what content's relevant to them, what their preferences are. 10:28 Makes perfect sense. And having all that information readily available Yeah. Makes the AI much more effective. The AI is only gonna be as good as the information it has to work with. Exactly. 10:37 And Adobe has a deep understanding of customer experience. Yeah. Okay. They've been a leader in this space for a long time. Right. 10:44 So they understand the workflows, how data structure. Yeah. So they're not just, you know, throwing some AI at the problem. Right. They're really building on their existing expertise. 10:54 So it's not just a me too. It's we've been doing this. Exact. We've been thinking about this. Yeah. 10:59 And, also, they really emphasize responsible AI development. Okay. So they have processes in place Yeah. For training the AI, for testing it Right. For reviewing it ethically Which is so important. 11:12 Huge these days. Because you need to trust Yeah. The technology Absolutely. Absolutely. You're using, especially when it's interacting with your customers. 11:19 Especially with customers. So to sum it all up, the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator provides a way for businesses to really integrate these AI agents into how they interact with their customers. In a very comprehensive way. Whether that's creating content or analyzing data Mhmm. Or having these these real time conversations. 11:39 Right. And what's really interesting is the ability to customize these agents to fit your specific needs as a business. Because no two businesses are the same. Exactly. You know, they're gonna have different goals, different processes Right. 11:54 Different customers. It's all about using smart automation to help human teams be more effective Yeah. And ultimately deliver those better experiences Yeah. For their customers without overwhelming everyone involved. And it really makes you think about the future of customer experience. 12:12 It does. Yeah. I mean, how are these intelligent tools gonna reshape the way businesses connect with their customers? Definitely. Well, thank you for listening in. 12:20 It's been a pleasure.
